Travel to Asembo Bay with Peggy and Devlin Taillon

Since 2007, The HERA Mission of Canada has been working with an inspiring group of women from Asembo Bay, in Western Kenya, who have committed their lives to fighting the devastating impact of HIV, AIDs, Malaria, and TB.

These diseases have wiped out an entire generation leaving 100s of orphans and widows.

The HERA Mission has been sponsoring children to school, supporting local businesses led by widows, developing an agricultural program and many other initiatives that are bringing hope and resilience back to Asembo Bay.

This is your chance to take your support of The Hera Mission to the next level.

Travel to Asembo Bay with Peggy and Devlin Taillon to volunteer your time on a number of community projects, working alongside the widows of Asembo Bay. Before leaving home, we’ll ask you to raise $3000 to support the ongoing work of The Hera Mission.

You’ll be rewarded with an incredible experience at Asembo Bay, personally escorted by Peggy, as well as an unforgettable wildlife safari in the Masai Mara and a visit to David Sheldrick’s Wildlife Trust and Elephant Orphanage.

For those of you who can spare a few more days in Africa, why not spoil yourself with a 3 day extension to the exquisite island of Zanzibar!
